Food Manager Certification

There are two distinct classes of worker in the food service establishment. The Basic Food worker and the Manager (also known as the Person In Charge).

A Basic Food worker can take eFoodhandlers ANSI accredited Basic Food Safety Training to acquire the necessary information for that level of job. This course takes approximately an hour and a half to complete.

Manager's Food Safety Training is much more comprehensive. The course takes approximately 8 hours. There is also a certification process that accompanies the training componenet.
