Food Protection Manager Certification Exam with Online Proctor
eFoodHandlers' sister company, StateFoodSafety, offers the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP).
You can take the exam seven(7) days a week, and may schedule it as soon as 24 hours in advance.
It is a timed 2 hour exam and must score 750/1000 points or more. Your fee includes an exam attempt that must be completed within 365 days of purchase.
If you fail the exam, you will need to purchase it again.
Online Proctoring Requirements:
- To access our Online Proctoring Service, you’ll need Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on Microsoft Windows or macOS
- NOTE: Chromebooks are not allowed, you must have a computer running Windows or macOS. Mobile devices (e.g., iPhone, iPad, and Android) are also NOT allowed.
- Internet Connection (bandwidth) speed of at least 4 MBPS
- Built-In or USB Camera and Microphone
- Valid government ID
- Small handheld mirror or cellphone with front-facing camera
- A private room to take the exam in

The following items are prohibited during the exam:
- Food and/or Drinks
- ANY electronic devices other than the computer you’re using to access your exam. Including but not limited to: cell phones, smart watches, any additional screens or monitors
- Any other items or materials
Personal computers are preferred over Corporate managed computers. You need to have administrator rights on your computer before starting the proctored exam.
